new york

I have been in new york and my opinion on ny is that it truly is a city that never sleeps, and were dreams can come true. There are enormous skyscrapers, and people in there are so nice ! when you have cute dress, peple will come to you and say " hey i think you have a cute dress :) " and that's really sweet, i think. People smile to you when you walk past them, that's not weird at all, when you have a long eye contact with somebody. I can't say what music they listen, cause everybody has their on music style.
Shops in there are huge ! The 5th avenue is full of shops. The biggest one were i went was macy's. Wherever i looked, there was clothes everywhere. I also saw the filming of transformers, and i got to see the main character. oh, and time square was awesome, if you would've stand there for 30 minutes, you would've deffinetly see some celebritys. I also went to the brroad way, to see The Lion King that was very awesome too, there was life size elephants and giraffes. Everything is much bigger in new tyork, than i thought it would be.
Central Park is much bigger than i thought, there are lot of sightseings and familys walking with their babies. i think it was very lovely :)
thats a music video of new york:

Interview

Me and Kristel were at the cinema, just watching some trailers od movies and thinking what movie should we watch. So we sat there and peeking what one man was takeing pictures of. And so he just came to us and asked if he could take pictures of us and he also explained that he's a photgrapher from france and had to take pictures of Estonia cinema and just some teenageres enjoying their free time.
We had our english assignment always on our mind, so we thought maybe later he could help us also. So he had took our picture, and then we explained why we needed to ask him some questions. So yeah thats how it went.. we didn't want him to feel uncomfortable so we just asked some simple questions like "with whom is he here","why he camed here","what he thinks of estonians" and " if he'll come back here." Because our questions were easy, so was his answers. "just him","becaus eo fhis work","nice people" and " We'll see what the future brings.."
I think that the assignement was kinda easy for me, becuase i've talked a lots of foreign people and i think i'm a good communicator.

USA

In 2010 summer i went to U.S.A. I had a great time in there. I visited a lots of citys there: new york, washington D.C. , chicago, pittsburgh, ohio, ontario and some more. Ontario is a city of Canada, there i went to the niagara falls. It was really pretty. In the Niagara Falls there was always a rainbow above the waterfall. And i was in the White House, tourits cannot really go there, but we had a friend, who had a friend e.t.c who could let us in, so it was realy cool.
I was in USA for 1 month. The people in there are a lot nicer than in Estonia. Some people just came to me and complimented my hair or my dress or whatever, they were really nice, they always smiled. When one girl was crying then strangers just went to her and asked her if she's okey and they were really worried about her, i think that it was were nice of them.
In USA there were a lot of skyscrapers, abviously. Okey mostly in new york and chicago I only saw skyscrapers :) For me it was the best trip ever, I really enjoyd it.

christmas

Some americans use pop-corn threaded on string to help decorate their christmas tree. pople in america like to decorate the outsides of their houses with lights and sometimes even statues Santa clause, Reindeer and Snowman. I chose U.S.A because i have been there, and it was interestin for me, how do they celebrate it there ! :) I think it's very cool that they decorate their christmas tree with pop-corn.
In estonia we have Santa Clause come over, then he gives present. And then he goes another room, and changes his clothes, and suddenlty my uncle comes in. Anyway thats mostly it wiht the Santa. Then we eat a lot of gingerbread, blood sausage and sauerkrant. We talk a lot. In my family childrens go in one room and talk and tak,e pictures and have a lot of fun, and in the other room adults eat and talk and drink, not much, and yeah that probably it :)
